Medal of Honor (2010.10.12 Release)

Call me a game snob but I'm not too impressed with MP. Coming of BFBC2 the maps in this game seems to be designed to emphasize a more intens feel (read: smaller maps) wich results in everyone running around like headless chickens shooting left and right. Gameplay is mediocre and theres no environmental destruction to speak off. I think COD [Gay Ops] will do a better job than this.

i agree compared to bfbc2 every other map seems small, and it would be nice to have some environment destroyable.
my point was that since farcry we seem to go into new games expecting perfection and when we do not get it we moan, we fail to remember that farcry was patched and modded over and over which gave people so much choice that sooner or later we were going to find a server with just what we wanted.
you cannot expect that of a new game (you cannot please everyone with just one version)
at the moment our favourite people and clans are spread over several games because no one is totally happy with just one game.
i think this is more because we have become more picky and harder to please than the games being inferior.
i am not saying moh is great. i'm just saying that it is getting increasingly frustrating not being able to play one game with friends often enough,
because everyone is always looking ahead to games in the future instead of playing what is available now.

i GOT TO ADMIT NOW...............the more you play it and rank weapons the better it is. tbh gameplay and for clan matches its the closest with have had since farcry.

we where spoilt with farcry but lets face it we wont find one like it again we have to accept whats out there if we all want to play together.

my memory isn't that good but i think farcry graphics were a leap forward at the time over other games.
plus it was the only game at the time to use assault mode in multiplayer.
there are so many titles with good graphics now, but none really with a comparable assult mode.
which is why farcry quite rightly stood out above the rest.
the other glaring issue is of course is those childish idiots that have to spoil each and every game launched, by cheating.
again with dedicated servers such as used by farcry, you had some control over these twats.
not many games atm allow such control so you are never sure who is cheating!!

ingame name issue

use steam demo version and all friends can be had via alt tab way in steam friend panel

remember none of the vehicle combat is available in the demo as for the weapons ranking it is a bit [sh*t] cos u can get a deadly one hit wonder rifle that dosent make sense on the small map but again maybe the other maps with vehicles are larger. may only be in the full version,,engineers all the way in this game as all weapons do the same damage on low mid tier .pistol is also a dangerous weapon it can fire like a machine gun if uve got fast fingers and kill at rifle ranges lool as for taliban mellee axe wtf am i suddenly a commanche injun can i not afford a sheffield steel potatoe peeling knife

Not only is it rubbish to play, but you have no chance of getting any kind of spree, since I was shot and spawned, shot and spawned. every time I kill someone, it costs me a full clip, but the opponent somehow manages to shoot me with one bullet?
The feel of the game is not even close to farcry whoever said that....

I will stick to call of duty for now and looking forward to [Gay Ops]
