I fear many game developers will be watching the PC communities reaction to MW2 to see if they too can get away with providing us with games that make limited use of the platform in the future.

If MW2 (PC) sells well and the PC community accepts this consolised version of MW2 with no SADS, No Mods, No Lean, P2P networking, Match Making, delayed VAC bans, lack of customisation, etc, then why shouldnt other developers think "why bother putting time and money into SADS, mods, etc when the PC community will accept less? Lets develop games optimised for the XBOX 360 and then port it to the PC.".

From what I've read, IW have made an engaging SP storyline, albeit a little over the top in places. However, for them to produce a game in 2009 that is so restricted in features is not acceptable in my opinion. They appear to have spent more time taking stuff out than they did putting stuff in.

I've heard Hanzy talk!
Some people are like Slinkies. They’re not really good for anything; but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs!
