FC2 Multiplayer

boy am I dissapointed played some hours now and my issues with mp sofare are


-no ASSAULT !!!
-cant speed run sideways (really really anoying)
-cant edit mp name.
-cant connect via xfire.
-No server list / favorites servers.
-kicked from server every time the map is ending.
-cant remove motion blur.
-very poor hit damage. (think this might only be with low class weapons)
-long spawn time. sometimes it's 20 sec !!!
-my game jams. not even ctrl/alt/delete works. Only reboot button on the pc works.
-stupid friggin woice.
-ugly healing sequence. Why cant i remove that !!!!! why do i have to see myself pulling bullits out of my knee all the time !!!

all this makes you wonder if the Ubi dev-team ever played a online FPS ? nah I dont think so. Not when FC2 MP goes like this. And what has the respons been to all the "help" and suggestions from the old fc1 community.................................................silence.

"-when i wanna say somthing ingame and press "y" it just go +++++++++++++++++++++ in the console !" This was a Xfire problem and is fixed now.

I'd be interested to know how many people on the FC2 dev team who worked on the FC2 MP actually played FC1 MP on the PC.

ah well was going off to buy it just now despite my poor pc (lowest requirements filled) but i give it up and buy something for my new ps3 instead... if they cant make anything as in FC1 they might as well call it "Africa - An adventure for all gays"... i will also buy some beer...

Well in all honesty I only bought this game for the SP aspect and if the MP turns out good after the suggested tweaks and improvements then to me it is just a bonus.

I am really enjoying the SP, I really would like to see the MP community to live and breathe again, the good old days. At the moment I can't see this happening in the near future. I don't UBI are really interested in making any suggested changes and they know most people will still buy their game for the sp aspect. They don't really care if you continue to play the game. Once you have purchased it they have made their money, it's not like it is a pay monthly game.

Bug - mouse freezes when trying to move the gamma slider in options

Cant register a ubi account using either (), [] or {}, thank god I've got my own domain so I can register multiple accounts, can't register a name with ubi in it though so UbisoftRwAnkers is out.

Can't test MP as I get the message "The Far Cry 2 server is not available at this time"
When it does connect I get "Unable to retrieve your personal ranked statistics. You will be unable to join ranked servers"

Whoa, managed to join a server, spawned, spawn camper killed me, kicked "the server is experiencing network difficulties"

MP scores 0/10 fookin' [sh*t]

SP is shite as well, even Crytek couldn't of fooked it up this much

Gutted at all the reviews, especially after we sorted things with Kimi. Everything is now in Ubisofts hands...they will bodge it...in the cheapest way possible.

Going to return it and get my money back, for the time being until I know the patch/es make the game playable

MP is shite trying to connect to a ranked server is almost impossible. Although a few of us managed to get on the same un-ranked server.

SP from my experience so far, just far too much driving arround getting from a-b.

That malaria aspect sucks big time.

Graphics are nice though

i used the almighty internet and got me a copy for freee to try it out instead... haven´t bothered to download it tho... was hoping anyone could post some screenshots from the game...
