Is anyone planning on getting
this? (looks like a fun kids game). I've preordered just because I'm s sucker for pre-ordering (and a bit stupid).

I may get it, will wait for your indepth analysis and review
Edit:
Its not gone unnoticed by me that since BF3 those greedy EA bar-stewards have tried to price 'AAA' games like theyre console games.
There is no way in hell im paying £45 for a game. When its on offer for less than £30 I may buy it.

Here's my indepth prediction: It's either good - okay or bad. So know I can just type a 1 word review when it comes out

As for pricing I completely agree that's why I've got it from
http://www.kinguin.net/ at £31 ...

Edit: The actual download size is around 20 Gigs. The total space requirement is 50 Gigs due to (according to the developer) uncompressed audio (witch makes the performance better on low-spec PCs)
Reviews scores from around the webz:
Polygon -- 9.5/10
Joystiq -- 4.5/5
Official Xbox Magazine -- 8.5/10
Electronic Gaming Monthly -- 10/10
GameSpot -- 9/10
The Globe and Mail (Toronto) -- 7/10
Videogamer -- 8/10
VentureBeat -- 8.2/10

Good old EA, spend millions of pounds on marketing, but underestimate demand for their AAA titles and only spend a tenner on an old intel pentium server with a 1MB connection.
Someone should have told them they will sell more than 5 copies on launch so they could have the proper infrastructure in place!
