Can't comment on the mp yet as I haven't tried it. I am enjoying the sp so far...more fc1 feel than fc2.
I like the upgrade system were you have to skin animals or collect plants in order to make medicine, weapon/ammo holster upgrades.
The vehicles feel fc1 like...love the hanglider
Nowhere near finishing it yet so not sure how well the plot is throughout the game.
It has 4 player co-op that could be fun. Still reading loads of anger on the fc3 forums about the mp p2p system being utter crap though.
UBI hate pc gamers, as far as they're concerned 90+% of us pirate their games...so they probably won't release dedicated server files anytime soon.

Just bought this yesterday. Found it in a shop for 19£. Looks awesome on my ATI 7870 gfx card computer. it's not playable on my multi monitor 2x6990 computer (!?!?). SP seems fun though all the hunting and looting distracts me alot. Quite a few user created patches lying around on the webz (haven't tried any of them yet).
