Far Cry Mod: FarCry 2010

my eyes pealed out when i first saw this. it's true, apparently people still have interest in the game.
some modder is retexturing and upgrading the looks of the Far Cry single-player missions.
it's no crysis gfx but it's an improvement. and if he works on the multi-player maps who knows, i might even make an exception and install the game again.

ow and here's some work in progress footage:I think with the experience gained with the Buggyball map and other map restored, it is time for me to move in to project what I want. Ie FarCry deliver up to date. So I started and began work on this new project to update all levels of Far Cry solo. This mod is called FarCry 2010 Big Grin
What I plan to make:
* - Distance to improved
* - New vegetations
* - Optimization of some textures
* - Fixed bug of water under DX10/11 (trucage. ..)
* - Adding special effects
* - Additions of new rocks
* - Additions Wildlife
Nothing will change in the script or the IA because I am not specialized in any way. the goal is any way to restore only graphically. The mountains, beaches and rivers should be more realistic, without any time distort our dear Far Cry! Happy
