Well, according to is accent and his email, he's from Uk, and all the guns are banned in there, so i don't believe that anything bad can happen anymore. For anyone. Right?

Impossible guns are banned in uk, which only means that decent people (like someone who would like to have a hobby like IPSC-shooting) can't get them, but those who are not so decent have garages full of them
