Cheers Lj
The goverment are now doing a scheme where they will loan you upto 2k for 12months interest free for musical instruments, amps, hardware etc etc. I like the thought of mesh batters all round so I can keep the arthritis at bay a while longer. I have a roland practice pad which has a mesh head which feels ok to play on. It has ports so hi hat, base pedal etc etc can be connected to it, but i am not sure if these are standard roland v-drum series items as they say the KD-8 kick and CY-8 cymbal triggers are compatable but no mention of other triggers
I will pop into your TS, to have a chat to see whats available/upgrades etc, 1 evening and pick you brains about electric kits.

Excellent choise!! It's am awesome kit, I've tried it once in a store and imho it's better than the TD-12. At least it has more possibilities for practicing ur skillz, and also that sequence (recording) tool is awesome
(you'll be shocked how crap you are if you listen back what you've just played...I can tell LOL)
Go for it!
