I got a 3rd cop before I could play it online lol , and so far ....... played once

Yep 100% Legit

I dont see why not Zux, you should have 5 activations with the nazi-DRM.

You need to be online when uninstalling to receive your 'refunded' activation. If you didnt uninstall I'd have thought at worst you'd still have 4 activations left.

I take it when you upgraded your mobo and cpu that you did a fresh install of Windows?

FFS had to crack a legit copy of FC2 but all working again now.
