Yes we are old and proud of it.

I'm suprised I've got any kids though, the amount of times I came of my Chopper and nearly ripped my bollocks off on the gear lever, who the hell decided that would be the best place for a gear stick I don't know. I had defender for the ZX81 as well, great times and yes the 16k ram pack was bloody awfull for falling off. Remember getting a 16k ZX Spectrum and swapping it at the local computer club for their 48k one, naughty of me I know, but couldn't resist it. Oh the days of sitting in front of the tape recorder praying the game would load.

Oh for those who don't know this is what a Chopper looked like, notice the bollock ripping placement of the gear lever.

I still remember my first game console too, the COMMODORE64. Days and days of typing pages of codes, to then record them on to a tape player and finally be able to play a game as simple as ROAD F1?? ( dont remember if that was the exact name ) lol
Racecar looked like a bug and you had to go past other cars, oilslicks and trucks. a-[f*cking]-mazing!
Second one I got was slightly later though, the SEGA master system 2, spent hours and hours playing R-type and paperboy haha

All i can say is bring back rubber keys for the keyboard

can anyone remember the Atari game system where you could play against your friends with the square tanks hiding behind the blocks in a maze, and the bullets used to rebound off the blocks, i was great at this.
