There's a bit of a list here of items to remember to bring with you - i don't know how
regularly any of you attend LAN's so i don't want to insult you, and i won't be insulted
if anyone has anything to add.

VGA/DVI Leads
Network Cable
Power Leads and Adaptors
4-gang Mains Extension Lead

Thumb Drives
Blank CD's/DVD's (Blueray discs Games?)

Game Keys/Activation Codes
Backup of Configs
Backup of Hacks (for those of you who use them)

Some money
Your "going-out" shirt (maybe two - but not as important as your gaming gear!)
Headache Tablets
A smile.......

If you have room for spares of any of the above, someone might appreciate them!

I've arranged queue-jumping and free-entry to a couple of the best bars and clubs in town
- just in case the gaming gets too much!

The server box and Cod4 server configs are all sorted.
I might need some help with some of the more obscure FarCry server side mods, if anyone
is able, please?

i know some of you have booked and are set to be arriving tomorrow,
but i've had very little x-fire contact and absolutely no e-mails off anyone.

i don't know whether to feel:-

a) worried, because no-one has got in touch needing any details sorting out for the weekend

or b) flattered, because those that are coming have such confidence in my information and organisational skills

turd says they're arriving about lunchtime, so we'll be in an increasing state of readiness from then on!

i've got to pacify the gf now by taking her out for a drink, but i'll leave x-fire on all night and most of tomorrow in case any one wants to contact me for directions or phone numbers or anything....
