Also no cross hair only the weapon sight! which could well mean we'll be saddled with some kind of auto aim so that console users don't get slaughtered

Id imagine there would be crosshairs in the game, it looked like they had disabled the HUD in the demo (all the ammo/health meter [sh*t]) which would probably do away with the crosshair to (does in cod anyway)

The game still looks good, lets just hope it doesnt go down the same route as crysis.
It would be a crime if they didnt include assault, lets just hope if its not in there that they have a good alternative, and if I see any of the shitty console fc version mp gametypes in it I will boycott completley, because they were [f*cking] awful

If you look at the sleeper spacing inside and outside the scope you can estimate that it's ~ 2x magnification and the sniper is about 30 yards from his target (train spotter again )

looks more like an ACOG (like the ag36) type scope rather than a sniper scope
