Anyone here use a TFT with a response time of 6ms?
Is there any ghosting, tearing or artifacts when playing FPS games like COD4?
Currently, the Dell 2209WA (e-IPS Panel - 6ms RT) looks like the best option for my needs, failing that it will be a TN panel such as the LG FlatTron L227WT (TN panel - 2ms RT).
Neither manufacturer offers a zero dead pixel policy though (both are Class II for pixel faults)
Recommend me a decent TFT monitor

Yeah I've read some reviews on Eizo TFTs, they rated highly...and therefore priced steeply...way out of my budget.
Whilst I do some print media work, Id say most of my media work is screen-based (websites), so a TFT with good sRGB representation should be sufficient. However this isnt something 'gaming monitors' usually rate well in (TN panels), and there arent many non-TN panels in the 22" field.
The Dell I mentioned earlier has a great (nearly perfrect) sRGB rating...it doesnt use a TN panel - but has a slower response time (6ms) compared to faster TN panels.
As long as I dont get ghosting @ 6ms the Dell would seem to be ideal.
Im still searching for now though.

Ok, I've got a list, displayed below in considered order of greatness:
:: 22" Dell 2209WA (E-IPS Panel, 1680 x 1050 NR, 6ms RT GTG, 0.282 PP)
:: 22" HP LP2275W (S-PVA Panel , 1680 x 1050 NR, 6ms RT GTG, 0.282 PP)
:: 22" LG L227WT (TN Panel, 1680 x 1050 NR, 2ms RT GTG, 0.282 PP)
*
NR - Native Resolution
RT GTG - Response Time (Grey to Grey)
PP - Pixel Pitch
I know I can get 22" monitors with a higher native resolution, however given my PC uses an Ati Radeon 2900XT I dont want to go too high as I'll lose FPS performance.
Anyone care to share their thoughts on the above 3?

Thanks for the insightful comment bowzer, I considered the technical merits you raised and decided to get the Dell, should arrive tomorrow - in time for some friday night COD4 action!!!!
