Skip the crap and read the verdict
Briefly: "The Sapphire Radeon HD 4870 X2 2GB is the fastest consumer graphics card in the world, bar none."

"UPDATE: These cards are finally showing up online at Newegg.com:
* Sapphire - $559
* Diamond - $559
* HIS - $579
Final Thoughts
Just like we concluded in our preview last month, the AMD Radeon HD 4870 X2 2GB graphics card is incredibly impressive and easily takes the performance lead for a single graphics away from NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280. The power consumption is pretty high, on par with a pair of GTX 260s and we were let down by the performance of CrossFireX but neither of these factors over-shadow the power the card provided for high-resolution and high image quality gaming. If you need an enthusiast-class graphics card for your next gaming system then AMD Radeon HD 4870 X2 2GB is your ticket to gaming nirvana."
Just a pity it won't fit in my olde AGP slot...

High performance thermal transfer compound, containing about 70% silver powder.BowzeR wrote:shoe horn!?
wtf is that artic shizzle
it can make about 3-5° difference on a bare cpu like an old athlon, but on new lidded cpu's best result is take the lid off and reseat it with artic silver then use it again between lid and HSF. Dont use too much though it is highly electrically conductive and a tiny bit will short out shitloads

I've heard Hanzy talk!
Some people are like Slinkies. They’re not really good for anything; but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs!
